Shipping & Handling

All orders are shipped via UPS (preferred) or FedEx as standard. If alternate shipping methods are needed, please indicate these needs at the time you place your order. All orders received by 3:30pm on Thursday are shipped within 24 hours. Friday & Weekend orders may take longer. Additional charges for handling and packaging.

Returns & Replacements

All discrepancies MUST be reported to ProFab within 5 days of the receipt of product by the customer.

All sales are considered final upon receipt of purchased product by customer.
Straight tube cut to custom size is NOT returnable. Special Order items are NOT returnable. Products will not be accepted for credit without prior consent and Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#) issued. NO products may be returned for credit after 30 days from the receipt of the products by the customer. All returned orders will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

These fees will be charged to the customer on any stock items returned after 14 days prior to 30 days except in the case of a ProFab error. Inspect packages immediately. NO returns accepted on special order/custom modified parts. This includes slips. NO EXCEPTIONS! Returns must be in perfect condition, or additional charges will apply. All returned parts must be returned freight prepaid and with a copy of the original invoice. Any freight-collect shipments will be refused. ProFabrication, Inc will refund any credits on your account in a timely manner. We will use the same method to refund the credited amount as used when order was placed. There will be NO cash refunds.

Stock Availability

Some products are not stocked but are built-to-order, these items are indicated on the website. We strive to maintain sufficient inventory of our “stocked” items to fulfill orders, however, situations may arise where the product is temporarily out of stock. In such instances, we will not accept backorders, however, a customer may contact the shop directly to determine the status of stock replenishment and place an order for the product knowing the “lead time” for that product. In the event an item or items are unexpectedly out of stock, but it has not been reflected on our website, customer will be notified via email or phone so you can cancel or change your order. You will be notified by email if your order cannot be shipped within 10 days of the time you placed it.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All our products can be affected by the changing price of metals, therefore, ProFabrication, Inc reserves the right to change pricing at any time, without prior notice. Quantity pricing is available – please call for details. ProFabrication, Inc. accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or an approved company check. For orders placed on line, payment is expected at time of purchase. Orders placed by calling ProFab can be started with a Purchase Order from customer's company. Pickup orders can be purchased in any above-mentioned forms or through cash, company approved check, or money order as well. Payment will need to be made with a money order or cashier’s check until your company check application has been approved. When your application is approved, your company check will be accepted. Checks returned for nonsufficient funds are subject to a $40 fee and accounts will be placed on restrictive terms (money order/cashier’s check only). Any unpaid NSF checks will be subject to collections and legal action. If you are charging to a credit card, we will need the name on the card, the account number, the type of card, statement address & zip code, three (3) digit security code on the back and the card’s expiration date. All orders will be shipped F.O.B. Concord, NC, USA. ProFab does not ship COD. Promotional and discount vouchers must be presented at the time of placing the order. For orders placed on line, account will be charged when order is placed. For orders placed by calling ProFab, accounts will be charged at time of shipping. ProFabrication offers our customers a NET 30 term upon credit application approval. All foreign orders must be prepaid with a money order, cashier’s check or wire transfer in U.S. currency. Orders placed with “Ship To” addresses in North Carolina will be subject to all applicable sales tax. Thank you for your shopping American-Made! We appreciate your business.
