Shipping
PRO-FABrication, Inc ships by United Parcel Service (UPS).

Pricing
As all of our products can be affected by the changing price of metals, PRO-FABrication, Inc reserves the right to change pricing at any time, without prior notice. Quantity pricing is available – please call for details.

Credits Due
PRO-FABrication, Inc will refund any credits on your account in a timely manner. We will use the same method to refund the credited amount as used when order was placed. There will be NO cash refunds.

Backorders
You will be notified by EMAIL if your order cannot be shipped within a week of the time you placed it.

Payment
Payment will need to be made with a money order or cashier’s check until your company check application has been approved. When your application is approved, your company check will be accepted.

PRO-FABrication, Inc accepts payment by MasterCard, Visa, Discover or with an approved company check. If you are charging to a credit card, we will need to know the name on the card, the account number, the type of card, statement address & zip code, three (3) digit security code on the back and the card’s expiration date. All orders will be shipped F.O.B. Concord, NC, USA.

Check Policy
Checks returned for nonsufficient funds are subject to a $40 fee and accounts will be placed on restrictive terms (money order/cashier’s check only). Any unpaid NSF checks will be subject to collections and legal action.

COD Orders
COD Orders are not accepted by PRO-FABrication, Inc at this time.

Terms
PRO-FABrication offers our customers a NET 30 term. Any account not paid in full within their agreed upon terms, will be subject to a 1.5% finance charge. After 60 days past due, any remaining balance will be evaluated and the credit card on file with PRO-FABrication, Inc may be charged in full, plus any additional fees. This may result in loss of account status privileges.

Special Orders
NO returns accepted on special order/custom parts.
Custom Products
NO EXCEPTIONS!

Foreign Orders
All foreign orders must be prepaid with a money order, cashier’s check or wire transfer in U.S. currency.

Sales Tax
Orders placed with “Ship To” addresses in North Carolina will be subject to all applicable sales tax.

Returns
PRO-FABrication, Inc will accept returns up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless other arrangements are made (must be noted). Returns must be in perfect condition, or additional charges will apply. Custom Products and Special Orders are not returnable. All returned parts must be returned freight prepaid and with a copy of the original invoice. Any freight-collect shipments will be refused. Please see Credits Due in the Policy section, for information on refunds.
